Withdrawal Rules

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours. During bank holidays or periods of high traffic, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• If you have used any bonus, wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus

Betpek offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to claiming and using this bonus:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and applies once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the total bonus amount.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The wagering value of bets placed with a bonus may vary depending on the game.

Regular Promotions & Cashback

Regular Betpek members receive a variety of promotional offers. For these offers:

• Cashback offers are generally credited every Monday.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on any game or sport on Betpek:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless exceptional circumstances arise, such as a match cancellation or technical issue.
• Betpek reserves the right to void any bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.
• In live betting, odds can change at any time depending on match events.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

Outcomes & Dispute Resolution

Betpek always strives to ensure fair outcomes. However, should any dispute arise:

• Any dispute regarding results must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
• Betpek follows official score and result sources. Claims based on third-party information will not be considered.
• The decision made by Betpek shall be considered final and binding.
